I was so excited when Sophia reached out about booking a portrait session in Portland.

Sophia and I know each other from graduate school (plus she is my pets’ favorite sitter ever!). However, it was so fun to get to know her better through her questionnaire answers and mood board design.

We strolled around downtown Portland for about 2 hours, stumbling upon many unexpected backdrops such as pink walls and a lobster trap Christmas tree!
